The following pricing is for customers NOT residing in the USA or Canada

License for the first TSM server on a collector : 3.000 Euro
License for each additional TSM server on a collector  : See table below

What if we have 2 TSM servers in one location and 3 TSM servers in another location ?

If you need to install more than one collector, then the pricing is separate for each collector.
In the above example this means that you must purchase both a 2 server license (€4500) and a 3 server license (€6000).

If all 5 TSM servers could have been run off only one collector, then you could purchase a single 5 server license (€9000)

Software Subscription and Support

When purchasing the product, you receive 12 months of e-mail support and free upgrades.
You can purchase additional years of support and free upgrades at any time, but this Software Subscription and Support is always appended to the existing Software Subscription and Support. This means that if you have gaps in your Software Subscription and Support, these gaps need to be filled before new Software Subscription and Support can be added.
Within the first 12 months of purchase, you can download and install these new versions free of charge.
After that time you will have to purchase additional years of "Software Subscription and Support" in order to be able to download and use these new versions.

An additional year of "Software Subscription and Support" are priced as described in the table above.
This means that if you purchased a 2 TSM server license, then each additional year of "Software Subscription and Support" has a price of €450.

Licensing terms

License and Limited Warranty Agreement for the product TSMManager.

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE. INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

JamoDat provides this Software License and Limited Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") for the "TSMManager-collector-part" (hereinafter the "Product"). The Product consists of licensed software and documentation.  You as Licensee ("Licensee") are responsible for the use of the Product and results obtained from it.

LICENSE:

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between Licensee and JamoDat. BY USING THIS PRODUCT, LICENSEE AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 

GRANT OF LICENSE - Permitted Uses: The Product is sold to Licensee. JamoDat grants Licensee a nonexclusive license to use the Product on a single computer. 

Proprietary Rights Statement: The Product is owned by JamoDat and is protected by international treaty provisions. Any authorized copy of the Product shall contain JamoDat's intellectual property notices, including patent and copyright notices. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, JamoDat grants no right, title, or interest in its intellectual property rights to Licensee.

Other Restrictions: Licensee may not lease, rent or sub-license the Product. Licensee may not transfer the Product or the accompanying written materials except as provided above. Licensee shall not reproduce, decompile, reverse assemble or create derivative works of the Product or analyze or otherwise examine it for reverse engineering purposes. Any updates, new releases or new versions of the Product shall be licensed subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights: If Licensee acquires the Product on behalf of any unit or agency of the United States Government, Licensee acknowledges that the Product and documentation were developed at private expense and that no part is in the public domain and that the Product and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 52.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Contractor/manufacturer is JamoDat, Dr. Dagmarsvej 34, 3650 Olstykke, Denmark.

LIMITED WARRANTY: JamoDat grants the following limited warranty for direct Product purchases ("Direct Purchases") made to JamoDat or an JamoDat authorized distributor ("Authorized Distributor").

I. JamoDat does not warrant that the execution of the Software shall be uninterrupted or error free. The Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results you may obtain by using the Product. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Product is assumed by Licensee. 

"Software Subscription and Support": For a period of 12 months from purchase, JamoDat will provide at no additional fee, (1) updates to the Product and associated Product documentation, and (2) e-mail assistance for questions relating to the operation of the Product.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, JamoDat MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, OR EXTENDS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ARISING FROM USAGE OR TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: JamoDat's entire liability to Licensee for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the price paid to JamoDat for the Product. 
Any action against JamoDat under this Agreement must be brought within two (2) years after the cause of action arises.

TERMINATION: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate it at any time by destroying the Product, including all computer programs and documentation, and erasing any copies residing on computer equipment. This Agreement also will terminate if Licensee does not comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon such termination, Licensee agrees to destroy the Product and erase all copies residing on computer equipment.

E-mail SERVICE: E-mail support is available from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. European time, Monday through Friday, except for locally observed JamoDat holidays.
