The program will NOT stop working on that date, it will continue working until 2099 and it will NOT require you to get a new license file, so you just go on using it. 

For some years now, there has been literally no development on the ISP server platform and accordingly, no development of TSMManager. Should any major developments happen before the date above, we will of course update TSMManager to support them.
